• Retail Operations & Strategy
• - Define the retail strategy as part of an omni-channel approach to drive sales & profitability through the our retail stores.
• - Develop activity calendar with marketing and digital team for in-store activations, promotions and events.
• - Manage and propose suitable product and gifting assortment to achieve retail target.
• - Analyse and identify sales data for retail performance, insights and trends and propose initiatives to drive traffic & sales to stores.
• - Timely reporting of sales results and qualitative feedback.
• - Ensure store operations, maintenance & safety are in accordance with company and government guidelines.
• - Evaluate and drive improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• - Manage total cost of the retail team and ensure stores are perfectly staffed and fully equipped.
• - Responsible for corporate consistency of the store visual merchandising, working closely with GM and design team to define the approach for the campaigns.
• - Conduct regular operational excellence audits, propose corrective actions and follow-up to ensure completion.
• - Support the management in identifying new locations, renovation and pop-up projects.
• - Manage store projects from ideation to execution by developing the project planning and management processes.
• Education & Retail Excellence
• -Develop and implement a retail training roadmap focusing on modules supporting the retail team in key areas such as product knowledge, sales techniques and customer excellence aligned with industry practices and standards.
• - Ensure the highest standards of customer interaction, service excellence and product presentation and knowledge (e.g. mystery shopping).
• - Instil a culture of performance and monitor the retail team’s performances through their sales performance, customers satisfaction surveys and complements.
• - Ensure implementation of coaching programs by conducting quarterly touch base meetings with the retail supervisors.
• - Timely reporting of sales results and qualitative feedback.
• - Ensure store operations, maintenance & safety are in accordance with company and government guidelines.
• - Oversee development and delivery of retail training programs in line with marketing plans to drive sales and improve customers’ retail experience.
• - Build the Gryphon Singapore culture by promoting and supporting a happy, healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork, ambition and a high level of professionalism.

• - Be an advocate for sustainability and represent Gryphon Singapore as Brand Ambassador.
