Your Gryphon Tea House status is valid for a 12 month period. Unused Gryphon reward points will expire 1 year after the date they were earned.
Coming soon - You will need to log into your gryphontea.com account, in order to redeem a reward. You can also select from the Loyalty Rewards tab available during the checkout process. All rewards can be redeemed only upon purchase of an item.
Although you cannot accumulate reward points when purchasing discounted items or if a promotion code is used, you can still use your reward point balance to redeem discounts off your next purchase.
